Can I get my painted ceramic pieces wet?
YES! All of our painted ceramic items are twice fired, meaning that the images and personalizations that we paint on are permanent. You can rest assured that we use only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship to bring you a very beautiful and functional piece of art. You are purchasing a treasure that you will enjoy for many years to come.
Can I really eat on my painted personalized plate?
YES! Though we do advise our customers to use caution when using sharp utensils, because this will speed up the wear and tear on ANY ceramic plate, and especially because some of our designs use dimensional, or 3D glazes.
I do not see the design I am looking for-what do I do?
Select any plate that is the size you are in need of, and when processing your order, type 'custom design req' in any of the personalization fields, or blanks. When this is done, we will contact you to discuss your design needs prior to starting your plate or ceramic gift item.
What items can be custom designed?
Any of our painted ceramics can be painted for your particular purpose or theme. This includes mugs, plates, piggybanks, tea pots, platters and more.
What is the additional fee for a custom theme or design?
$0 - Because we only create your design at the time that your order is placed, we have a lot of room for creativity. A lot of our designs actually come from requests from our customers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept credit cards and eChecks through PayPal, and we accept checks and money orders made out to Samantha Olea-please note that paying by check will add atleast a week to your order's time. We will not create/ship any items until the check is cleared.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure credit card processor.
Why do you use PayPal?
Because of the safety and the convenience. You, as the consumer, are no longer required to become a PayPal member just to pay for your order, which makes it super convenient for you! Also, because we use this nationally recongnized, secure payment processor, we are able to process your order with out ever coming in contact with any of your financial information. This is protects us both. We pay a percentage to Paypal for providing the secure services because we feel that it is worth it.
